1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Artist CNTRL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Artist CNTRL is a band management dashboard providing tools for tracking social media analytics, managing schedules and events, coordinating team members, sending SMS notifications, and organizing band operations.
3. User Accounts
You must apply for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Artist CNTRL provides SMS messaging that allows band managers to send text notifications to their band members and team contacts.
For Band Managers: You agree to only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and consented to receive messages through the Artist CNTRL platform.
For Band Members / Recipients: By providing your phone number to a band manager through Artist CNTRL and joining a band roster, you expressly consent to receiving SMS messages including scheduling notifications, availability requests, and band communications. Message frequency varies based on band activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Push Notifications
Artist CNTRL uses push notifications on its mobile app to deliver real-time alerts about your shows, incoming offers, team mentions, and other time-sensitive activity that the Service depends on.
Default state: Push notifications are on by default for every account. We strongly advise leaving them on — the app's day-of-show, opportunities, and inbox flows are designed around real-time pages, and disabling notifications will materially degrade your experience and may cause you to miss critical events.
You may disable push notifications at any time from Settings → Notifications inside the mobile app, or through your device's system settings. We may continue to deliver notifications classified as critical alerts (e.g., changes to your account security) so the Service can keep operating safely.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by Artist CNTRL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Artist CNTRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
